Cheeseburger was hot and juicy, chicken steak sandwich was pretty good as well, they didn't have green peppers to go with the onions on the chicken sandwich. The milkshake was really good for a burger spot
First time visit to Wayback Burgers around 12:45PM on a Thursday afternoon. Plenty of parking is available in the strip mall lot. Now, one thing that service personnel MUST learn to retain clientele....PUT AWAY YOUR PHONE! Believe me, when someone is more interested in their toy than they are enticing me to order, I'm happy to find other places to go so you can spend all your time with your beloved electronic device. As for the burger...nothing to write home about. I actually think it's a bit overpriced for what's received. It's easy to see why they sell doubles and triples. My single patty was dwarfed by the fluffy bun. Not to mention so much mustard and pickles that it was almost all you could taste. The shop was clean and the counterperson smiled and thanked me by name when handing me my order. If only phone-man had been as receptive I would have given a bit higher review. For now, this is one of those places that I'll keep in mind but won't go out of my way to patronize.
They refused to serve me before their near time. I came there 8:55 and was told that they were closed and refused to serve. She also told me everything took 45 minutes. Then I wondered if the restaurant near 9 a.m., they would stop serving customers food around 8:15 a.m. because EVERYTHING takes 45 minutes to make. It doesn't make sense. BTW, I eat a lot there. Your food is delicious and most people work there are friendly. I'm 100% happy with it.
Food was excellent. Fresh and delicious. The staff there was very nice. Also come to the tables and look at yourself. Will go back. Try the Cheesy Burger as you want. You have a burger with 9 paws, which I might take a sip.
I went to get a milkshake for my husband that he thought was free when I arrived, the cashier explained to me, the milkshake he ordered was not the free, and it could not be ordered online, it was only in the store, so of course we requested a refund and the cashier explained that it would have to be done on the website by hitting the delete button. My husband signifies on the website and guess what there is no demolition button, so we called the store and the cashier said she would let the owner know what his 2 weeks and the owner did not contact my husband and they did not reimburse him? From this experience I will not spend money here again. There is power in which you decide to spend your money. This situation is ridiculous?
