I pray that I am an estimator, gourmet of traditional Emilian cuisine, especially parmigiana, that is very Campanian but very demanding, I just want the best. In continuous search for the full satisfaction of my palate, and that of our friends and guests, recently I was delighted with the Gastronomia Macelleria Greci di San prospero di Parma. After experimenting on some occasions, different of their excellent products that in some cases are really excellent, in my opinion their meat does not end in water (it is not inflated) and is tasty, exquisite are cannelloni and lasagna, excellent is all the stuffed pasta, but the ducks are super. Also a Parmigiano Reggiano of that quality and at that price it is difficult to find (I knew from the Lady of the gastronomy that the cheese comes all from their seasoning warehouses and that they select for sale only that of the best productions). Really good also the pasted polenta, from water in the mouth. The service staff at the counter is kind.
