Blue Ginger Asian Bistro - Parma

This place is a hidden gem. Turned off in a strip of mall, but beautiful decoration and atmosphere inside. The Sushi and Sashimi are great and so are their regular records. Very recommended!

The food and service were outstanding. Everything was incredibly fresh seafood! Unfortunately, they only serve beer on Sundays, with no mixed drinks available, which was a bit disappointing. The rice arrived about three or four minutes after our meal, which was not ideal, but it was so delicious that it didn't really matter. Our waiter was cheerful and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

I came across this restaurant while browsing delivery menus and was surprised to find it nearby. I decided to order and pick it up myself. The sushi is quite good, and they have a great setup for takeout, especially considering the circumstances in 2020. I've ordered from here three times this year, and each experience has been impressive. I definitely plan to dine in person when I get the chance.

This is a hidden gem for some great food! I thought the prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. I forgot to take a picture of Yellow Fin Tuna, it was great. The only downside is they do not have a Sunday liquor license, so no Saké or wine. Just beer on Sunday. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Just came back again and had another great experience.
