Feedback gevenWhen I returned two hours later to request a refund, the employees said there was nothing they could do, which was incredibly disappointing. Given the high prices of gas, I expected a better level of customer service. It seems they don’t prioritize their customers. I wish I could give this station and its staff negative stars.
As someone who is legally blind, I sometimes require a bit of assistance. Jeff at the Parowan Maverik truly went above and beyond, showing remarkable patience while I struggled to find my credit cards for payment. The management made an excellent choice in hiring him; he is a real asset to their team.
Whenever I visit Maverick, Jeff and Isaac are the kindest employees I've encountered. Together, they make a fantastic team and really know how to bring a smile to someone’s face.
I was very impressed with the staff at Maverick, particularly Jeff, who is exceptional with customers. I've noticed that all the employees are skilled at their jobs, very friendly, and make an effort to ensure you feel welcome.
I went in at. 2330 and the clerk yelled don 't come in we 're closed ! The store hours say open until midnight.
