Its awesome to drink beer in a mug of that size! ;)Buffalo wings are amazing and I visit this place often just to have beer in that pitcher and the delicious wings!Service here is also pretty nice.
It was packed of people and obviously we waited for ever before being attended to. However, the pizza arrived and it was not the one we asked for. So we waited again and the risotto arrived. Its quality was not good I must say, tasty but too creamy, the rice was overcooked. However the pizza were well done, the dough was fine and the tomato also ok. The waiters and the general atmosphere were fine.
Called in for a late breakfast / quick lunch. Good selection and quick service. Chilled water (a rarity in the neighbourhood)
From the outside it looks like it might be just another overpriced pizza parlour but the service was professional and cheerful the food was wonderful food and massive portions.
Booked for a Monday night.Upon arrival everything was fine, our reservation was in the system and we were seated very quickly, it wasn't particularly busy.Unfortunately, the evening went massively downhill from there. The waiter serving us didn't take an order of a main course from one of our guests so had to inform him of such and also attempted to take a drinks order twice from the same person ignoring the same guest who had the issue ordering a main. Our starters were quite quick to come out (15 Minutes) of the kitchen and were of good quality, The Halloumi Stack in particular was very delicious. One waitress asked if we wanted our mains brought out or for her to put a hold on them, when we hadn't even finished our starters!! Later in the evening she came to clear our main courses. She cleared 3 and never returned to clear the rest of the table. She continued to clear a table with no guests then we saw her with her coat on and finished her shift.Once we had finished our starters two of the four drinks arrived, 25 minutes after ordering them. There was no sign of the other two, so we asked if they could be brought out. We were told there was an issue with the ordering system and for 30 minutes drinks orders had been going upstairs instead of to the downstairs bar. None of the waiting staff or bar staff had found this unusual within 30 minutes that no-one was receiving drinks. Our third drink arrived halfway through the main course and upon requesting our fourth drink, for the third time, It arrived towards the end of our mains. The mains were very good and we were impressed by the food the whole evening. After we had finished our mains we ordered one Nutella Pizza Gluten Free, for dessert, to Take-Away. 20 minutes later this had still not arrived so we put our coats on and decided to go up to pay and leave. The waiter taking our payment had realised we had had some issues and removed two of the drinks off of the bill and we were given a couple of Nutella doughnuts to take home.Once we arrived home, though, one of the guests ended up being ill for over 2 hours due to fructose intolerance (we requested no onion, no garlic upon ordering). The food served was of very good taste and quality but the whole experience was not one we'd be looking to repeat any time soon.I did contact the restaurant with my concerns for them to offer an explanation but they did not contact me.
