Giovanni's Trattoria - Parramatta

El Jannah Granville has undergone a recent renovation and it looks fantastic! The food is delicious as usual. We ordered a Family Meal and added a serving of tabouli and 3 chicken tenders.

Restaurant looks good and clean. Signature charcoal chicken is one of the best in town, but employee services are not good and unfriendly, especially to me who is the only Chinese with a mask on. Need further training and improvement on customer service.

This restaurant never disappoints. They serve the best chicken in town. The flavors and quality of the food are always consistent and delicious. The price is reasonable, with our family meal and drinks totaling about $52. The staff is friendly, and I have never been disappointed when bringing friends here. The sauce is amazing, though be prepared to smell like garlic afterward.

The service was fast and the food was as delicious as ever. The portions were generous and the chips were overflowing. There was a staff member constantly cleaning tables, making dining outside feel safe. However, the inside of the restaurant was crowded with no ability to social distance. This is the only downside of dining at the restaurant given the current situation.

They have the best charcoal chicken ever the food her is awesome, I am so pleased with the lovely food and service. Fast service you don't wit long to get served your food. Overall I am very satisfied with the service food quality and everything.
