Taj Indian Masala - Parramatta

My kids and I used to love going to Taj for Dosa which is our favourite Indian meal out of home.Our experience today was the worst and has left such a bad taste in our mouths not to mention that we all felt sick after eating at the Parramatta Westfield Restaurant today.Oily food; undercooked and most tasteless!!! definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!My parents ate there on Sunday and said the same however I did not believe them until we experienced it ourselves today.

We have recently visited the restaurant and found the food was smelly. We reported to the lady at cash counter and instead of apologizing for serving bad food she counter argue. When we asked for refund she was like thats why you are complaining about the food because you want money back. It was unbelievable how someone can say to their customer.

The waitresses are very rude and talk as if they are in a village. They literally throw the plates in front of customers. Same thing happened at Their other branch in Harris Park. The managers seem to be careless. Go and learn from Billus, Chatkaaz, Haveli and Cheema da dhaba about " customer service with a smile'. Secondly, the waiteresses have to go back to school to learn to give the correct change. Please do NOT ABUSE each other in front of customers. A note to the director: Buy a big padlock and lock the restaurant FOREVER if u can't Improve your ADMINISTRATION.

Last week i visited TAJ INDIAN MASALA with my friends. There we had a masala dosa and channa bathura with excellent customer service...

Just visited taj masala parramatta Westfield last weekend. Customer service was awesome and staff was well experienced know how to greet customers. Perfect food taste. I love to visit there every weekend.
