Arrived around 1pm for lunch. Choose a table with an ocean view. Waitress asked for drink orders and left the menu. We waited about 10 minutes before she came back for our order. She apologized for the wait saying she had to meet the beer truck. I ordered the seniors clams and chips and my husband the Seniors fish and chips. Within 5 minutes we had our order. Delicious and just enough! Will return on our annual visit to Parrsboro.
We stopped by for lunch but were told they had no seafood chowder or lobster rolls. So we both had fish and chips. It was good. We also ordered a side dish of pan fried scalloped and this was very good served with some baked pitas. We were told they would have lobster rolls later in the afternoon/evening so we passed by on our way back from sightseeing to pick up a few for a takeout dinner. My husband liked them but I didn't find them as tasty as the ones I had in Moncton, Catch 22. I found they didn't have much taste to it. They were also a bit pricey for a small roll. Overall rating is between average and very good - good.
Stopped during a tour of the area and had dinner here during low tide and to see tide come in. The view of the harbour is fabulous! Seeing the difference in the tide is just as good as Hopewell Rocks. The meals are great tasting. Had the fish & chips and clam dinner. The batter is light and good, allowing you to enjoy the taste of the food! Plenty of food in the serving size.
Very nice for breakfast watching the tide. A little pricey but the view makes up for that and the portions are a good size
