I've had enough. If you’re going to ask for my order, at least pretend to check it before telling me it’s ready. Usually, we let minor mix-ups slide, but this time it happened too often, and we've reached our limit. Last week, my family and I decided to get Wendy's, while I opted for something different. I specifically requested baked potatoes instead of fries and explained this three times. I would have even paid extra for both fries and baked potatoes, but when I picked up the bag, I asked the girl who handed it to me if the baked potato was included. Her reply was nonchalant—seriously? If you’re going to respond that way, at least check the order first. I’m tired of having to check the bags myself; it’s not productive. I pay for my order, and I expect it to be checked before it’s given to me. If they can’t do that, then this is not the right place for me. I’m done with this restaurant.

Located right by the main train station, this restaurant is very convenient to reach. The service was prompt, the fries were delicious, and the restrooms were clean. What more could you ask for?

It's a run of the mill Wendy's, but it seems to be clean and well run. Got food quickly from the drive thru, it tasted like Wendy's, and it didn't make anyone sick (unlike some Wendy's). Conveniently located on our way somewhere, so we might stop by again if we're ever on a similar route.Food: 3/5
