This was a great stop for lunch! A quick trip to Parsons for work and we decided to choose Shredders. We arrived at the right time before the lunch crowd hit. There were several choices that I wanted but settled on the Special of the day 1/3 Slab of ribs w/2 sides I chose the Cole Slaw Sweet Potato Fries. Excellent choices! The ribs were done to perfection with a very tasty rub fall off the bone delicious. Two choices of sauce on the table Orginal Sweet Spicy, both were good. The Sweet Potato Fries may have been the best I've tried in a very long time. I also enjoyed the slaw mayo based and chilled. Our waitress was great!!! Seems like everyone there was pleasant and helpful! If you're passing through Parsons this is a great place to grab a bite to eat!
