Sonic Drive-in - Parsons

The server came outside and called an ELDERLY LADY some very horrible things and told her to never comeback. The server’s name was April Gibson (The last name may be wrong, but the first name is April). She had no right to do that. It was ABSOLUTELY disrespectful. If that’s how she’s treating customers, she should not be in any kind of leadership status. When you work in fast food, you’re supposed to be kind and understanding to your customers. You’re not supposed to tell them to leave just because they asked FOR EXTRA PICKLES ON THEIR BURGER. It was utterly disgusting. She’s done this to people many times and deserves to be fired. She should be ashamed of herself for the way she acted.I’ve worked in fast food. I know how stressful things can be and get, but I would NEVER do that to someone. Absolutely shameful.

Order was wrong. Ordered a combo meal and received no fries. Was charged to correct my order. Burger and drink wasn't good either.

They cannot get the orders right lately! You may as well tell them to bring you whatever because they are going to give you what they want anyway.

The lady who brought my food was incredibly rude, food was correct though. Still won't be returning...

Fast and orders are right if not they have no problem fixing it. Always stay local and dont forget to tip you car hops!
