This place is located just outside Partinico in a small 'village ' called Parini. You 'll need to have a car as no public transport out here! The building is a traditional old Silicial stone structure and inside it 's really nicely decorated with wooden beams. You can also sit outside in the hot weather, At the weekends this place is packed which makes service a little slower so best to go in the week. The pizzas are great, a really extensive menu of maybe 30 pizzas. You can have standard mozzarella or mozzarerlla di bufala which is the best you can get. Average price of a pizza is about 7 euros and there is a small cover charge. I can personally recommend 'rucola e crudo ' which is tomato base, mozzarella cheese, parma ham, topped with fresh rocket lettuce and shavings of parmesan cheese...wow! It 's run by a really nice family, the service is good and they are always polite. Parini is a lovely place so have a walk around after or come in the daytime and explore real Sicilian countryside!

Dopo aver visitato il bellissimo Borgo Parrini, ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo locale caratteristico. Il personale è gentile e disponibile per soddisfare le richieste del cliente! E poi si mangia davvero bene! Bravi.

Locale tipico e rustico... Dopo una passeggiata tra le caratteristiche casette colorate, siamo arrivati in questo locale molto particolare... Cena piacevole, abbiamo assaggiato piatti tipici e particolari... Molto buoni, servizio veloce e attento... Prezzi più che onesti...
