Applebee's Pasadena

Came here for dinner with my husband. I figured you can never go wrong with a Apple bees. It was 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and the place was empty. That should of gave it away. The staff was friendly we got seated and served quickly. The food however was not up to par. The chips were stale. The mozzarella sticks tasted that they were barley cooked. The chicken and fries were okay can't really mess that up. The peach tea was super sweet I would definitely get it unsweetened. I was pretty disappointed in this location.

Its open till 2am! Its standard applebees. Good service decent food.

Came in tonight with the family. Claire was an awesome waitress and would recommend her to everyone dinning in but wasn’t impressed with the manager. Made a big deal over nothing just because I wanted to add a shot of patron to a drink. “Oh it’s to hard” “it’s to difficult to ring up all the different items” “I don’t know if the recipe will work with a different tequila” really?? Disappointed in management but everything else was good !! Food and the waitress were good but not manager !!

Friend and I went to this location after being flat out ignored, at a different chain restaurant. We were greeted by 2 different employees as we walked to the bar and greeted again very kindly by the bartender. The bartender promptly took our order and served our drinks. Unfortunately the previous restaurant had waisted part of my friend 's lunch hour so we ended up having to ask for our order to be changed from dine in, to to go . Bartender was more than happy to oblige. Manager noticed and come over to make sure everything was fine. We explained to him what happened at the previous restaurant and that we were so appreciative of the attentiveness we received at his restaurant. He made light hearted jokes with us and made us feel very welcome.We will be returning regularly!!!

Service was awesome food was great! Will definitely return here!
