Arby's - Pasadena

The hushpuppy breaded fish sticks are great!! My first time to Arbys and I will definitely be back. So many good sandwiches to try. The prime rib cheesesteak looks amazing.

Drive thru was quick. The girl at the window was friendly and my food was perfect

Customer service was great! I received my birthday items, but I had to ask for additional items (napkins straw) that should've already been in the bag. I was disappointed at how thin my sandwich was for the price you have to pay. It should come exactly as advertised.

My favorite restaurant. I live in Baytown and there isn't one there at all : so any time I get a chance to go to Pasadena I get my Arby's. The best :

I was so thirsty so before my order was delivered thru my window I took a couple of drinks delivered first ,from my lemonade with no ice as requested I asked the person waiting on me if she could give me a refill not much she came back and said her boss said no so for $1 I bough another lemonade with no ice hurts, my teeth if too cold, for that unkind act I will never, never go to any Arby’s in the world again.i was a first time customer but never again
