El Bolillo Bakery - Pasadena

Went by this location today for the 1st time to pick up a small tres leches cake. The bakery is much bigger than the location on Airline Dr. and very clean and welcoming. Unfortunately the cake was very VERY dry for it to be a tres leches. I literally had to add whole milk to it at home to make it moist. For the cake that I received I give 2 but other than that The sweet bread is very tasty. The capirotada is very good as well. The staff is kind and welcoming and everything in the glass case looks fresh. Even though the cake was not at all what I expected I will still be going back to try other items and I do recommend this bakery.

I just love this place! It reminds me of the little Panaderia that used to be on I-45

I absolutely love this place it’s always very clean and well maintained My favorite pan dulce is the canastitas de atole.I highly recommend y’all to expand these bakeries to San Antonio texas my family over there loves them

Rude, cashiers every time we come in and we in this place 4 times a month.. No greet No smile NO thank you just plain rude!

The tamales were some of the best I have ever had would definitely order again
