Jersey Mike's Subs - Pasadena

The sandwiches here are fantastic, but be prepared to wait over 20 minutes for a hot sandwich. The in-store experience can be quite chaotic. This location appears to be understaffed, and there's a noticeable lack of organization at the cashier and mobile/in-store order pick-up lines. Customers struggle to determine where the line starts and ends, and there isn’t a clear system to manage who arrived first. It seems that, along with needing more staff in the kitchen, they could benefit from having someone to monitor the lines or act as a referee.

The food is tasty, but the service is incredibly slow—definitely the slowest I've experienced at any Jersey Mike's. The management could use some improvement, particularly in training the staff to recognize the importance of urgency.

I probably won't visit this location again. The team was fully staffed, but the service was very slow. The tall guy with long hair wasn't assisting the two new employees, which really slowed down their assembly line to a crawl. Only about three-quarters of my sandwich had dressing; the rest was dry.

Visited after the other location on Fair Oaks ran out of bread, and we were not disappointed by the additional drive! The tall gentleman with glasses greeted us and helped us out, everybody on staff was friendly. He made the best sandwiches and made ournight. Thank you!

I ordered an Original Italian Sub and a Club Supreme, which had roast beef in it. I really enjoyed both subs, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I liked the Club Supreme the most.
