Foods always great Waiters are OK got to do something about the temperature I there way to cold. I've been coming here for years Always a great experience Except lately it is freezing in there Some of the servers walking around with sweatshirts on Little kids are snuggling up to their mom's going I'm cold Especially if you sit in a corner boot the air comes down behind you on your back and you are shivering Please try to do something about it thank you

I had a party of eight. In the store there were two servers and one of them was ours. I needed the server three times and all three times I had to go find her. She never returned to ask us if we needed refills or anything else. We were the only customers she had the entire time we were there. The other server was very busy going back and forth between her party in the kitchen. Two of the three times we needed our server we asked the other server to get her for us. One of our orders was a salad and we had hair in the salad and I had to go find the server to replace it, which she did. The next salad we found more hair in the salad. We had to tell the server we wanted a manager it wasn't offered. The manager took the salad off the bill and gave us the employees discount. The manager told us they threw away the salad mixed and made new salad. We either leaders very frequently in the food is wonderful. However, the service is not the same everywhere we go. We visit the Lothian Ledo frequently and everything is wonderful.

Ragu sauce tastes better than this bland sauce!I also ordered a gyro. It was overcooked jerky.

Same great taste. Fast and friendly service with a smile.
