Your food is always really good! Our waiter we had was somewhat rude and could work on his customer service skills! If you don't find a job that deals with customers, it's not like it's all out there! Make the most out of your situation and you will actually get good tips, I'll tap well over the 15% when I see that the server is positive and friendly!

OMG! I had the Birria Tacos and they were the best I ever had in a Mexican restaurant. The entire staff was phenomenal!! Very recommended

Oscar and his TEAM did a fabulous job on a pop-up meeting we had at my company. I called Oscar and he didn't hesitate taking care of us. This isn't the best part, however the individual container presentation was amazing, for our top-level clients, it was very, very impressive. The favor of the food and the condiments were spot on... the food was beyond great for takeout. Oscar and his TEAM, brought in and set up all the orders, and his attention to details, well that was off the charts. Plus, he actually spoke with us before he left ensuring we were happy with everything. THAT is 110% customer service. Do yourself a favor, order from Mamarita's Mexican Restaurant in Pasadena, TX, you will not be disappointed!! Excellent service, food and cordial and genuinely caring staff... Loved the experience, and our clients loved it too!!

When I entered, I didn't see a sign that says we wait or sit down. We stood next to a podium for 5 minutes, while several servers spoke at the bar. Sometime someone came to us and they made a joke about the need for a reservation I felt was unnecessary, as the workers were standing around us and not asking if we need help. Overall, the food was delicious and our server was nice, but it also seemed very distracted as the others.
