Marco's Pizza - Pasadena

Our Pizza Friday 3/24/17 ordered at 5:40. No pizza was delivered at 8:15. Called several times and said it was out of the door for delivery. They drove there to get it, just to find out that it wasn't even done yet. Then, to round it off, we were given a simple cheese instead of our mushroom and onion. We were beaten so that we decided to take the simple cheese. Never will return and strongly recommend to get your pizza elsewhere. I came back and now I'm in pizza. I think the first time I was there, they just worked out the kink. Since then my order has always been fresh and perfectly seasoned. The staff are always friendly and pleasant... Also try their honey BBQ wings that you will not be disappointed. Good work.

I had a very good experience. I order a 12 pepperoni pizza and the cheese bread with a total of $18.83. The pizza was delicious and the best of the chain restaurant in the area. The family loved eating. My children loved it too. They said this is the second best pizza they had. I also liked it and agreed that it was our second favorite. It's a little more expensive than Dominos or Pappa Johns, but I hate them both and openly annoy my stomach. It wasn't with Marcos. Apart from that it is somewhat more expensive than our family favorite, it is definitely our favorite chain restaurant pizza. My only criticism would be that there was too much sauce on my pizza, but the crust and sauce were very tasteful.

We like thin crust pizza and that was very good! We ordered peppers with tomatoes and onions.... delicious. And if you pick up, bring your pizza and show it to you to make sure it's okay! Nice touch. The tomatoes also had no green spots on them and this is a good thing!

I’ve had pizza from here many times. It’s the best chain that I have had the pleasure of dining with. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious when it comes to my home or if I pick it up from their store. Brian is a true professional and it shows in the way he runs his business.

(Activated after talking to the owner) The first time I ordered at Marcos, the food was great, on time and the staff was nice. The second time the food was too late and we had some problems. This would usually be me from a food chain, especially one with so many competitors. However, I filled out the internal review they sent me, and the owner called me personally. He was really sad, interested in my opinions and wanted to do it right. After receiving this customer service, I was happy for the next time that my family wants pizza.
