Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pasadena

So I ordered from Uber Eats last night (9:17PM) to be exact. My Uber driver called and said they were out of nuggets (we ordered a nuggets kid meal), so we asked for strips.... Nope no stripes either so I said fine I'm okay with wings. My wife ordered a 2 piece dinner dark with a LARGE mashed potatoes. Instead they gave 4 pieces of wings and a regular size mashed potato. Now I understand it's chicken but there were pieces of feathers on the chicken as if it weren't cleaned properly. Next, my red beans and rice were COLD and the rice was crunchy.

This was completely unacceptable. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. When I got home this is what I pulled out of my bag. I was so disgusted. The pictures tell a lot... the pic with the pickles is the bottom of the bun. The chicken was a BIG ball of inedible meat. I also received cold, stale fries! I didn't go back because I had just flown home from a trip and I just wanted to eat and sleep. Needless to say, I went to sleep hungry.

I 'll just say the staff there tonight was pretty freaking fantastic. My only complaint was there was no more Mac and cheese which...is why we came But to the young lady Alyssa who took our order, to the young man who brought our food out, to the person who wrote ' have a great new year ' on my cup ... very professional and very polite.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is terrible..I will also be calling corporate . Came through the drive through last night and ordered the 10 pc meal that comes with 2 large sides a 5 biscuits. To begin with the the kid taking orders at the drive thru window has no customer service skills at all.. definitely doesn't like her job.. according to her horrible attitude. So as I order she tells me the order will be 1 biscuit short and asked if I would like a couple pieces of chicken in its place. I was fine with that..no problem. I ordered Mac and cheese and fries as my sides. So as we are pulling out of the drive thru they are turning off all the lights and I'm checking my food to make sure everything is correct. No Mac and cheese at all and only 2 biscuits and no extra chicken that the worker offered to replace the supposedly one biscuit that would be short. So we went back around to the window and that fast no one would answer us even though they was still inside. I can definitely see why this place has low stars and mostly bad reviews. A bunch of kids that really don't wanna work. Smh. Won't be returning to this location ever. They need to hire a whole new crew including management!!

Absolutely awful as usual. The people working the drive thru are more concerned with laughing and having a good time than getting the orders right. As usual we got the wrong food and the wrong drink. We will not be visiting this location ever again
