I've been a regular at this restaurant since it first opened several years ago. However, I must express my disappointment following my last three visits. The quality and freshness of the food have significantly declined. The Pad Thai lacked flavor and mostly consisted of congealed noodles. Additionally, the service seemed to be a challenge for the staff, even with just two of us at lunchtime. It felt quite scattered, and we even had to ask for plates! The wrought iron chairs are also very uncomfortable. My lunch companion mentioned that she prefers the competing Saladang across the parking lot.

Saladang Garden is my favorite Thai restaurant in Los Angeles! I've been coming here for years, and the quality of the food, the staff, and the atmosphere has consistently been excellent. My go-to dish is the Thai basil eggplant with both tofu and chicken, and I always make sure to order a side of sticky rice. There's usually plenty of parking available on the street or in their parking lot. Honestly, I would eat here every day if I could!
