Shipley Do-nuts - Pasadena

I absolutely love Shipley's and this one has never done us wrong. Eventually we will be regulars lol

Drive thru service is really slow. 20 minutes is ridiculous.

This establishment has AMAZING donuts AMAZING costumer services!! I will definitely be coming back here!! Made me feel welcome. Clean establishment , clean cases and organized . I highly recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a good restaurant to eat at or simply get it to go.

Good donuts, on the fence with service. Language barrier made it difficult to order what I wanted. If the person at the window wasn't familiar with a menu item I was ordering, I'd just have to skip that order. They even seemed to be frustrated with ME as if I was wasting their time, haha so strange. In the end this location only missed out on a few bucks from me but I'm sure it adds up when every customer has to skip or compromise an order due to employee unfamiliarity with menu. We left with one less order and one wrong one. All were delicious :

1:30 in the afternoon... clearly the lady inside decided that the customers are not good enough to be allowed to come inside. I told her if I 'm not allowed to see what I 'm ordering then I am not going to do business here. She said You 're not coming inside. so I left. Talk about rude
