Starbucks - Pasadena

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic. I forgot my debit card and they kindly gave me a free latte. How nice!

Ive came to this Starbucks several times and every time I get a drink it's always watered down I don't know if these baristas needs to be retrained but it's always a waste of money. Do not recommend

This Starbucks is terrible. Every time I try to stop by, it's closed. They randomly close early at 2pm and now they're closed on weekends too. It's so frustrating. They should just shut down for good.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Our server, who appeared to be Asian, gave us dirty looks and made us wait 48 minutes for just 2 small drinks. She even served new customers who came in after us before fulfilling our order. To make matters worse, we received the wrong drinks and when we brought it to her attention, she refused to do anything about it.

The staff at this Starbucks is without a doubt the most friendly and professional that I've ever encountered, and there is not a single time that I have walked out of there regretting walking in.Support your local unions.
