Feedback gevenLet's talk about customer service. I went to Starbucks for my first pumpkin spice latte of the season only to find out they were all out of pumpkin spice. When the manager, Robbie found that out, he asked me if I could give him 10 minutes. Flash forward 10 minutes later, he runs back into the store with the ingredients to make me one truly delicious pumpkin spice latte. He was so kind and gracious and I feel like he helped set the tone for an awesome Saturday. I usually make coffee at home but will definitely stop by again if that's the kind of customer service they regularly serve up.
Ive came to this Starbucks several times and every time I get a drink it's always watered down I don't know if these baristas needs to be retrained but it's always a waste of money. Do not recommend
The staff at this Starbucks is without a doubt the most friendly and professional that I've ever encountered, and there is not a single time that I have walked out of there regretting walking in.Support your local unions.
It's January 3, 2022 and I try to come to this Starbucks before class starts (I go to Paul Mitchell across the street) because they close early so I get there 5pm-5:20pm never had any problems until today. I go to get a drink and it's 5:10pm, they close at 6pm.....and they were already closed. I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure it isn't a holiday today and there is no notice whatsoever on either door. I highly doubt I'll be going back. I can understand wanting to clean your station and wanting to leave I've done customer service as well but it's your job to STAY open til the time it says you are open til. It's super unprofessional.
Worst customer service I've encounter at any Starbucks! Every single time I come to this location the staff is unprofessional,unfriendly and excessive long waits. Poor customer service
