Feedback gevenI was initially hesitant about visiting this restaurant because of its proximity to CVS and the train station. I had previously encountered individuals smoking something that bothered my throat and lungs near CVS. However, upon walking into Starbucks, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greetings and welcoming atmosphere. The barista asked for the correct spelling of my name instead of assuming it, which I found to be a nice touch. The pictures of customers' pets on the walls added a personal touch to the cafe. The barista, who greeted everyone, seemed to know each person's name and order. I was impressed by the friendly and personalized service at this establishment.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff appeared to be happy and passionate about their work. Oscar, who was preparing the drinks, took the time to greet each customer with a smile. It was clear that he knew many of them by name and their usual orders, indicating they were regular patrons. His friendly demeanor put a smile on everyone's face, making it a great way to begin the day. Thank you to Oscar and all the employees working today.
This Starbucks location provides some of the poorest and slowest service you can receive. I rarely leave reviews, but the staff here works at a snail's pace and even laugh and joke around while there are 20 customers waiting with no orders prepared.
Came in on 09/10/23 around 3:15 and the woman who made my drink did an excellent job ! I'm so upset that I don't remember her name. (She was wearing a crocheted hat with flowers. My drink was perfectly blended . She needs to go ahead an open up her own coffee shop aha : .
