El Mirador Mexican Pasco

The menu always looks amazing, but once you order your dish, it will come out different each time. No consistency in food prep or cooking.Food: 3/5

Walked in, knew it was a long stretch but we had 14 people on the way, our host instantly put a table together for us. Fantastic service.Service: 5/5

The service was a little slow but that's okay we're kind of laid back. The food however was so excellent I can't tell you how good the poor carnitas was.. too good for words!!Food: 5/5

I had a quick lunch that was incredibly tasty. The margarita was great as well. I noticed pots of soup and large shrimp being served at other tables, which looked delicious. Food rating: 5/5.

We were in Tri-Cities for soccer and were trying to find a well rated Mexican restaurant. Got a little turned around and saw El Mirador and decided to give it a go instead of continuing the search. So so glad we did. It is beautiful inside. There was a live band playing in the bar on a regular Saturday around 2 pm. Our food was delicious. We had street style tacos, carne asada, a shrimp burrito, and queso dip. It was all very well seasoned and had big portions. The free chips and salsa also came with a refried bean dip that was a nice difference from other Mexican restaurants we've been too. Both my sons said we need to mark this restaurant so when we come back for soccer games, we can eat here again. For my street style tacos (not called that on the menu, but essentially the style) I got three kinds of meat: asada, carnitas, and shredded beef. They were all super yummy but my favorite was the carnitas. The meat was flavorful and juicy and they must have put the meat on a skillet before it went in the taco because it was crispy on the edges. I'm not even hungry right now and the thought is making my mouth water. I hope Tri-Cities can start supporting this restaurant, because I would like to come back. Like another review said, we did not get napkins or silverware until after our chips and salsa but it didn't bother me.
