Feedback gevenClean store open not cramp up! Bathrooms were clean! The cashier Isaia has great customer service! He made sure to greet everyone walking in the door. Highly recommend to get gas and snacks.
I would appreciate it if the store manager could get in touch with me. My husband and I have visited the restaurant several times this past month and have been paying in cash. Each time, we've been told that we cannot receive our change in cash, no matter the amount, and they've refused to give us our change in bills. As a result, my husband ended up using his card to pay. There is no longer a coin shortage impacting us. Moving forward, I plan to record a video every time I make a purchase, and if this issue occurs again, I will report it to the state. I am aware of the employee responsible for this situation, and I feel that she is taking advantage of your customers.
Love their yummy treasures their great customers services! Excellent cleaningness with clean soda nozzles which is a plus for me.
It seems they might struggle with basic counting skills, as they had trouble providing the correct change in cash. I would recommend using a card for payments instead.
David mentioned he didn’t have time to remove them, but when I pointed out that he had stepped outside to smoke when I first mentioned the problem, he dismissed my concern, stating he had never gotten sick from spoiled juice. He even suggested he could come to my workplace to tell me what to do and offered to sell me the other expired items I had brought to his attention over an hour ago. I ended up buying those items as well and recorded our entire interaction, including disposing of the spoiled products and the cost of everything I purchased. I am more than willing to share this with his manager, Jessica, and the health department.
