This Chicken Inasal place is nestled within Pioneer Center in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. The place has sufficient airconditioning but is slightly cramped and dimly lit. Beer and a few alcoholic beverages are offered here as well. Parking space is ample and free. The service attendant has good product knowledge and can give menu suggestions. Prices are affordable and pocket friendly. I tried out their Pecho meal (P149), Barbecue meal (P140) and Tokwa't Baboy (P145). Meals come with Garlic rice and a glass of Iced Tea. Their Chicken is up to par or even better than your usual famous Inasal restos. The chicken meat is well marinated with lemongrass and ginger. I assume they use charcoal grilling on their Inasal because there is no gasoline-like aftertaste... just the usual smoky grilled flavor that is common to grilled food. The Pork barbecue is delicious. It has the typical sweet barbecue taste I look for in pork barbecue. The meat is adequately tender and the pork fat at the end is just love at the end of the rainbow. At two sticks I am already left satisfied and full. You definitely can't go wrong with this meal!!! Oks Manoks' Tokwa't Baboy is one of the best tasting tokwa't baboy around. The tofu is properly cooked... crunchy outside, soft and chewy inside. Mixed with the tofu are crispy slices of pork liempo that are fried to perfection (its like slices of lechon kawali). Everything is tied up well with the soy-vinegar-red onion sauce. Oks Manoks is highly recommended. Don't just take my word for it. Go ahead and try them, because to taste is to believe.

If you are craving for a chicken inasal other than Mang Inasal, then check out this place. If you have been to Bacolod and have tried Chicken House, then their chicken tastes somewhat like that. It's a bit dry but definitely tasty. You do not need anymore chicken oil, because their garlic rice tastes like chicken oil already. Make sure to pair it up with soy sauce and vinegar. However, their chicken was smaller compared to that of Mang Inasal. I also ordered their Isol. It consists of 3 isols (pwet ng manok). It's too sweet and just tastes ok.
Everyone has tried chicken inasal thanks to the ever so famous Mang Inasal and Chicken Bacolod Inasal. However, aside from these two, there is also Oks Manoks, which is worth the try. For Php149.00, you'll get a choice of meal, which includes a glass of ice tea. I tried the Pecho meal and their serving size is bigger compared to Mang Inasal's. The chicken is also tastier. Will come back here again soon for their sizzling corn. amazingeatsph.blogspot.com
