Small location average service we ordered was not impressive

Order takes 20 -25 minutes to use. Please improve your service. I was wasting my time. I don't recommend this two.

Super bad service. waited an hour for chicken and spaghetti. the manager was very disrespectful and arrogant. very poor service. never again.

Eating was just like any other industry, but what made this experience particularly disappointing was the service. around 19 o'clock entered the restaurant, took our orders immediately and was told that we had to wait 20 minutes, we did not end up eating until 8. a few near had complained about how long the food took, and a customer who came alone died his order precisely because his order lasted. this is not the first time that this has happened in this two g. the only reason I come back is because it is the closest to my house.

Waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive after being told that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Every other Pancake House branch I’ve visited has better service than this one. This has been a repeat occurrence for me when visiting this particular branch.
