The service was not great the first two times, but I understood that they were short-staffed. Another issue that bothered me was the 50% seating capacity, where they closed off half of the restaurant. However, last night was a different experience. There was a certain attitude from the staff, and the meat was overly fatty. We had asked for leaner cuts in the past and they had accommodated us, but last night they did not. I am unsure if I want to return for the same experience I had last night.
The service at this restaurant was very poor. I will never return. The selection of food, sauces, and dishes was lacking. They advertised a Mother's Day promotion on their website, but when we arrived we were not able to use the discount. The staff did not clarify the details of the Mother's Day promotion. I used to enjoy dining here, but now I am disappointed. The employees seemed more interested in playing around than working seriously. They do not know how to explain their promotions properly. The reservation system is not organized, and the staff does not know how to handle customer requests. They refuse to take reservations over the phone and only accept walk-ins. If they cannot accommodate reservations, they should not advertise that option. That's all.
Our project team celebrated our end-of-year part 2 here in shaburi. the personal is in the position. eating is good. there is only enough sweet to choose for their shabu shabu. cute, supplement and meat are also good. I like my Sukiyaki soup, although others prefer the bark and the mistsuppe. I also love the vanilla and salted caramel sunflower.
We were excited to come here the first time and much has been talked about it. The whole set up is convenient and you can choose your soup stocks individually and cook your own shabu shabu with all the ingredients of your choice. We enjoyed...the lunch and the conversation. It is a good choice that day but nothing there will arouse any craving for me to come soon.
I am a fan of Shaburi, a hotpot restaurant. I typically visit once a month, with my most recent visit being last Saturday (October 27th). I enjoy this place because it offers authentic hotpot cuisine. While they may not have a wide variety of pre-cooked dishes, such as gyudon or gyoza, their focus is on the high quality meat they serve and their delicious hotpot soups. I also believe they have the best shabu shabu dipping sauce. The meat is of good quality and the ingredients are fresh. Overall, I find it to be good value for money.
