Blast Brew - Paso Robles

While in Paso Robles for business, we stopped in to Blast and Brew for lunch. The staff was friendly, service was prompt and food was delicious ????. And let's not forget the huge assortment of draft beers. You might get lost in the day while sampling, but as long as you have a DD, it's worth it.

First time here. Had the blue cheeseburger with garlic fries, the burger was very moist and meaty and the fries were crispy with a hint of garlic???? We also ordered the chopped salad with grilled chicken, lots of veggies and fresh greens! Wait staff were all friendly. You have to pour your own beer/wine. Good beer selections as for the wines, there were only 4 available, more selections coming soon ia what the sign said.

I've been wanting to come here for a while now and now I'm glad I finally stopped in! My son and I came in for some pizza and we both thought it was pretty tasty. He says he likes how it's not super hot so you can't bite it and the ranch is good. Personally the Wall-O-Beer was my favorite part, it was just so cool! This was the first place I've been to where I can get my own beer when I want and however much I want! Not to mention the MILITARY DISCOUNT IS 15 PERCENT! Ialways like a place with decent discount for the men and women who have served! ????????????????????

This restaurant was amazing! The Fig Prosciutto Arugula and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp were absolutely delicious and the perfect meal. Highly recommended!

They forgot to put the prosciutto on the pizza but otherwise very good
