Panda Express - Paso Robles

Panda I was in. it always runs out of the food. chao mine was all charred. mushroom huhn literally had no huh just raw zucchini. I have waited 30 minutes at 4 separate events for online ordering. edit: after I finished my review, my wife informed me that her fried rice was hard and crispy and the orange huh was too sharp for her and my children to eat. this place is always as bad as crazy asian expression!

Food was good but the portion size was way too small. Definitely didnt get what I paid for. Complained to staff but they didnt care. Will not go back ...felt like a rip off.

I waited 35 minutes for my food that should have been done in 15 minutes just for them to tell me someone took my to go order and proceeded for me to wait 45 minutes longer for them to re make it. Completely ignored and continued with other to go orders. Super disappointed with the service and how I was treated. Waited over an hour all the while I was being ignored and my food was not being prepared. Mind you, they were not very busy at all.

The food was hot and fresh, but the restaurant was filthy. Every trash can inside and out overflowing. Floors were nasty. Employee walked out, got a drink from the machine, and stood there drinking it and getting refills while there was a line of customers. While I may return to a Panda Express, I will never return to this one. The cook was on point!

I felt like I was on a hidden camera show. I asked for all noodles, she gave me half snd half. I asked to dine in, they pack it all to go. I ask for sauce and cutlery and got zero. Then I inform them the ice machine is out of ice and someone comes out to plop a bowl of ice onto the counter with dirty spoon sticking out of it. My Shanghai Beef which I paid extra for was tough and dried out. Impossibly chewy. So disappointed. We love Panda Xpress. Usually....
