The Bosun - Passage west

Really enjoyed our meal at the Bosun this evening. Our favourite spot to visit over the last few years. Everything is perfect from the minute you are seated. Our waiter was a young man by the name of Luke, he had a great hospitable cordial manner about him. The fellow staff were also very attentive. The food is always piping hot, a great selection on the menu with fresh fish to a selection of meats vegetarian dishes. What more could you ask for! Ample parking is also situated by the Bosun, overlooking the riverside of Monkstown.

Had simply delicious meal beautifully presented and piping hot! Followed by berry cheesecake and coffee! All reasonably priced . M M

I only went for a meal with family. The food was nice but the meal was very big , too big.

The room was good value compared to more expensive Cork hotels. It's old fashioned so don't expect modern furniture etc. The room was really clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was really really good. All the staff were really nice. I'd stay here again.
