I was looking for an order, the employees were using the phones, after telling them that I had been waiting for a long time, an employee told me to cancel the order.
If i can give service 0 stars i would because to start off the manager filomena is so rude and talks to customer as if we are animals. Most of the employees have a bad attitude. I always order my iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle i even pay for the add on of caramel yet some employees choose to not add it. This morning i stop by for a coffee and it was made wrong i let her know she pretend to go inside to fix it and came back wit the same coffee and tells me next time pay for extra caramel i said i did pay for it and she like oh you did then its my bad and left me with the same nasty coffee didnt even fix it after knowing she was wrong. It taste like dirty water just had to throw it away.
Went to the drive thru ordered my food and went into the payment window where one of the workers who she was short Dominican and yellow haare gave me a posture and rudely gave me the food and told us "remove the way" this was on 10 o'clock in the passaic mcdonald’s hopefully they came to this mcdonald’s workers and teach the workers obviously
You guy might want to check in this location I think there not accept the point system by choice I had to argue with the guy because I didn't want to get out of my car to go inside like here a drive through I didn't understand the point of me having to get out of my car just to get my order the dude told me that they didn't have my code twice but at the end of it all I still got my food thanks for the food.
