My favorite place for wonderful subs and service. No matter how busy the staff is always so friendly and excels at what they do. Always top notch in food and service. Horrible customer service on delivery. On Friday. June 3, I ordered a chicken Philly cheese steak for delivery--cost of $16.55 from their app. I attempted to complain on the app, but the the local store is supposed to respond. I didn't get a reply until six days later, when someone at the local office told me she will instruct the branch manager to give me a refund on an order placed that day. I placed the order in good faith, but only received an extra brownie--cost $1.59--and no refund. When I called the person that originally followed up, I got no answer. This service is totally unacceptable. Their app will be removed from my phone, with the business going elsewhere.

So I ordered a #26 on the app yesterday to be delivered, which happened it everything was fine. I wanted to reorder again but the app wouldn't give me an option for that sub. I wanted to call and ask if there was a reason for this and the phone number didn't go through... saying the mailbox was full. Are you kidding me?? How does a company not have a working phone, based off these reviews this store has some managerial issues. I like jersey Mike's but will not be giving this store any more of my money.
