Owner seems like a nice guy unfortunately you may as well stop at your local carvel 7-11 employees and ice cream suck. A better option is Milkyways Ice-cream and Cereal bar in Huntington Village.
I want to love this place but experience is very inconsistent. To echo the other customers $8.50 is not a good value for what you get in return unfortunately.
The owner appears to be a friendly person, but unfortunately, the ice cream and service are lacking. You might be better off stopping at a local convenience store like 7-11 or Carvel. A superior choice would be Milkyways Ice Cream and Cereal Bar in Huntington Village.
Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, but the prices just don’t justify what you get. Paying $10 for ice cream with crushed cereal? No thank you. While it tastes great, I’m not prepared to spend that much. Even with inflation, it's hard to believe anyone should pay $10 for a single serving of ice cream. I could just buy cereal and add it to my ice cream myself. I rated it 3 stars for the customer service and the flavor, but the pricing makes both aspects feel unworthy. They might want to consider lowering their prices because there are other cereal and ice cream shops that are more affordable. What’s with their high prices?
