Sportsman's Arms - Pateley Bridge

When I returned for a second drink, the service improved significantly. The staff became more friendly and actually checked in on my meal. I try not to hold grudges, so I’m giving it a four-star rating. Even though I’m not from the area, this was my fourth visit in two weeks, and this was the only time I encountered issues. Perhaps they were just having a bad day, or maybe they aren’t particularly fond of bikers?

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant for our 31st anniversary, thanks to our son and his partner. Everything was delightful, and what a fabulous place it is! We would love to visit again. Thank you for making our celebration so special. Bud really enjoyed it too! xx

I had the beer engraving, Sunday roast, summer pudding, and coffee. Every bite was delightful. The staff was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Eating and drinking were very good quality. especially enjoyed caves my first experience
