Al Raouche - Paterson

I received prompt service and the waitress was friendly. The falafel with hummus was excellent, and the pita bread was wonderfully soft. The portion sizes were generous. I really enjoyed the lentil soup and the green olives. The restaurant was clean, and while the interior wasn't extravagant, it was quite comfortable. I'm really glad I decided to stop by! Food rating: 5/5.

While I waited for my order, another customer came in, but she left unhappy after the chef told her that he had no one to assist him and that her order would take at least an hour. The cashier tried to help by saying she would call the owner for assistance, but the chef responded in a disrespectful manner, pointing at her and loudly declaring that the owner was busy and she shouldn’t bother him. I felt sorry for both the cashier and the other customer. The restaurant was so much better under Abu Rida's management. I really hope the new owner is aware of what's happening, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.

This restaurant consistently serves amazing food; we've never been disappointed. The service is prompt whether you choose to dine in or take out, and the staff is incredibly friendly. While the interior could use some updates to enhance its appeal, it’s hard to mind when the food is this delicious! Truly authentic Lebanese cuisine!

This place offers consistently excellent food, it has never disappointed us. Quick service, whether you order for dine in or take out. Servers are very friendly. The restaurant inside could use some renovation to be more appealing, but who cares really when the food is so good! Real authentic lebanese food!
