La Tia Delia - Paterson

We stopped in to see the Paterson Falls and this little corner restaurant caught our eye. The meals were delicious and unique to our American food styled taste buds! Not a lot of English is spoken in this quaint Peruvian restaurant, but it's worth the trip.

I have been dining at La Tia Delia for more than 20 years, and the Lomo Saltado and Ceviche mixto are always excellent. The huancaina sauce is the best in town. I have tried many Peruvian restaurants, and while some offer unique twists on traditional dishes, if you want that authentic old-school taste, La Tia Delia is the place to go. And let's not forget the Chicha - just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

The word that best describes this restaurant is 'CONSISTENT'. I have been a patron for over 18 years, and the courteous staff and excellent flavors continue to impress me every time. My go-to dishes are the lomo and shrimp chaufia, followed by a delicious flan for dessert. The quality and taste are always consistent!

The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with fantastic service from the staff. I appreciate the cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place.
