Takes to long to go through drive through and always runs out of Coca-Cola

The food was mediocre. I ordered through the app, but unfortunately, they no longer offer strawberry milkshakes and couldn't suggest any alternative flavors. I didn't receive a refund for the shake. Instead, the app offered me a credit, but I'm not interested since I don't intend to return. Now, I’m left waiting for customer service to contact me about refunding the milkshake. In this case, technology proved to be neither convenient nor efficient.

Consistently sold out. I've visited this restaurant several times, and it’s always the same issue. They often run out of Whopper patties, onion rings, and even medium-sized cups. Sodas come without ice. I attempted to order mozzarella sticks, which I saw on the menu, but it turns out they've been discontinued. I'm no longer willing to give this place another chance. There are plenty of other options available.

I experienced rude service at the front counter today. The employee seemed uninterested in assisting me. They didn't have any ice available for drinks, even though I know there must be an ice machine in the back. The shorter, rude staff member simply said no. The nuggets were old and cold, and the soda was warm and flat. When I mentioned that it would have been nice to know about the ice situation beforehand, she just turned and walked away without responding.

If you want your food fast, don't go through the drive-through 30 minutes. Wait, maybe longer
