Gueuleton - Pau

Sitting with a group of friends on Saturday night, but what we didn't know was that we had the table for only 2 hours. Although we had enough time to eat, we had no time to relax with another drink. Would have been nice to know this at the time of booking and not how we ordered our deserts (the 4 stars instead of 5). The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was really nice. Great place, highly recommended.

Drive through Pau and found this on Tripadvisor. Really great! Food was served quickly and was all delicious! We were there for lunch and had a table outside. Selection of small plates and everyone was perfect.

We arrived in the middle of lunch, were accompanied to a table and ordered Escargot, a rare steak and dessert and a glass of red wine. Escargot was made in a tomato sauce, very fresh and decorated with ham. The steak was tasty and... perfectly cooked for me, with it warm red on the inside. Very delicate and a good part. It was served with a beautiful pepper sauce on the side It came with butter potatoes and green beans. I had a chocolate mousse and my husband had cream brulee. Excellent. Friendly waiting staff, too.

After having tasted the real cerrrano and salmon lawyer in the entrance, we attacked a beef rating for 3 (1.4 kg) finely cut and cooked to point.a perfect delicacies. The whole accompanied by a very good burgueil... that of happiness.Even in week, it is good to book. The only small flat, background music is too much seen the ambient sound volume.Home and excellent service.

Reception, atmosphere, decor, atmosphere. Everything is there! as to the dishes: the choice, the quality, the presentation, the service and the taste of authenticity...the wine map is very impressive also by its diversity and the wine/plat tasting advice very appreciable: everything was perfect! Unmissable for parties between friends or two, really bravo to both owners, waitress and chef to make this place what it is! to do absolutely when you pass to pau.
