Field's Pies - Pauls Valley

Looks like the pies are amazing. I got here at 5:55pm on a Monday and they were closed. I saw their billboard ten miles back on the interstate and decided to try it. BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE BILLBOARD DOES NOT SHOW THEIR HOURS OF OPERATIONS. After detouring 10 minutes off the interstate, I saw a closed up shop. They're only open M-F from 9am to 5pm. If they made the investment to put up a billboard, then why not state when you're open or why not stay open just a little longer. Frustrating.

I mean this sincerely. These are the best pecan pies anywhere. Even your grandma can't make pecan pies this good. The price is right also.

We bring pecans here all the time, really great people, there is over night parking for one maybe two trucks.

I live in SE Texas and I didn't know there was a German chocolate pie and a lemon pie! I buy the regular pecan pie here but next time I come up there, I'm stopping!!!!

My parents keep me confined to my room until 5 PM, allowing only two 5-minute bathroom breaks and Sundays for church (praise Jesus!). I really wish I could try the restaurant.
