Feedback gevenI'm not one to do reviews, but have to say the customer service that I have experienced with fish tanks direct is absolutely top notch. jake, scott and john, you are great. I ordered a custom tank of these youngs, and the communication was phenomenal. they answered all the questions that I had, and also kept me updated to the point that scott sent me pictures of my tank in their loading when it was done. even more that john calls me to inform me that my protein sire I had been ordered, and that he would upgrade me a size greater at the same price. they will not find customer service better than this where else. many thanks again. you earned my business definitiw.
Jake at fish tanks direct worked with me at my purchase. I dug out three panzers of him. he took the time to go over the advantages of the 2-3 brands I was interested in. at the end of the transaction, I decided for red sea what gave me the best value for my money. more than I wanted, but it's worth it. Circled around and bought a bit of accessories and additional equipment that is needed to run the tanks up and down. the prices were very fair, the service was good, and the shipment was fast. Also, their rewards program is quite stellar and comes in very convenient for the last minute items they need. I'd go back to business with these young guys!
Thanks! I ordered the wrong part with my order. andy called and made sure that I wanted to share 2 different pumps. I have not adjusted my order and made sure I got the parts I needed. I am super grateful that there are many places to buy, but none with the quality of the customer service I received from them and I received the oem parts for great prices, in haste! thank you.
