Puro Slow Burger - PAVIA

We took away 2 vegan burgers with tofu and mango. I don't know where the mango

The place has only a vegan option on the menu at the moment when they brought me the snack I asked if the mayonnaise they were served were vegan and not so they had to change the mayonnaise served with the potato.

Slow food burgers, perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients and sometimes unusual but always well-thought-out combinations. Salads are delicious, great fries, friendly and efficient service. And the best tiramisù ever, with a twist on the proportions of the classic ingredients that makes it extra creamy and tasty. And only 22,5 a head despite our both having had a big burger with fries, dessert and coffee. Eat here!

We were 26 days into a 35 day trip and we needed a hamburger. Our hotel suggested this restaurant near the University. It turned out to be a great suggestion. We selected the all Angus beef burger with fresh mozzarella, and the fries. It came as ordered medium rare and tasted like home. Nice wine list with inexpensive regional wines. Fast, friendly service.

Salads were very good. Burgers and fries very tasty and meat was really good. Place was in center Pavia and has a nice little terrace. Very original and great experience.
