Somebody buy this place so we can have a decent breakfast spot round' here again! Their music was always on point, the prices fair and the people friendly!

We have now visited multiple times. This time I had delicious chocolate chip pancakes and my companion had the Vermont raspberry pancakes with real VT maple syrup. And the bacon cooked to personal perfection. The atmosphere is fun, eating while watching the cooks. The service is also good. My coffee cup was never empty. A new favorite breakfast spot. I've seen more owners go in and out of the station than many other locations, it's hard to keep business in a state like Vermont and especially in Pawlet village. The current owner is a extremely good cook, incredibly funny and genuinely great chef for just about everything he makes, his staff are incredible and local people, not to mention employing younger people from time to time. The time of order to meal is perfect and generally the setting of the restaurant is always nice almost like sitting in a old Vermont home.
