Papa Johns - Pawtucket

I don't understand the bad reviews. I had to drive a little out of my way to this location as they closed the Papa John's near me. I was starving and could see my pizza was ready as promised when I arrived, the gentleman was on the phone with a complicated order. He did acknowledge me when he had to put the customer on hold and when he got off the phone he gave me a very sincere apology which goes a very long way with me. I made sure to note his name, Mario, so I could acknowledge him in my review. Usually people don't care at all and are borderline rude so I was very happy. I specifically went there for the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza because I have been craving it and it was freaking delicious.

I volunteer with the American Red Cross and we had a major fire happen in Pawtucket where we had to feed a big amount of people that had to leave their apartments. It was so cold out. Anyway, we had to come up with food for over 100 people. We were calling around and places were saying they couldn't accommodate. We called this place and the Manager said yes we will make it happen. 60 pizzas! They were hot and tasty. The Manager also said if we need anything again to give them a call.

Small well kept place. Stood around for about 5 minutes. Peeked at the preparers station and everything looked maintained. Not sloppy. For anyone who cares. Anyway, Thought about trying something different and ordered a specialty pizza. Spinach and tomato with alfredo sauce. Not gross but not memorable. If I order again I'll try as thin crust. In criticism, Alfredo sauce taste a bit plain...though would order from here again. This location is connected to the app service. And so fresh and so clean if you prefer to wait for your pizza inside.

Papa John's is not a sit-down restaurant, but you can order delivery or takeout. The prices are fair and the food is good. Personally, I prefer it over Dominos.
