Great place to eat lunch at Payson. A different place from standard hamburgers and sandwiches Vegetarian options: There were a bunch but I'm not into that.

I always opt for the medium hot lamb tikka masala (you can customize your spice level). My wife got the chicken tikka masala, and I couldn’t resist trying some (I ended up eating half of it)—it was excellent! The manager is laid-back and shares interesting stories about his time in Africa, so definitely ask him about that. Our server, Anastasia, was very polite and attentive. The restaurant has a sit-down atmosphere, with plates priced around $20 and drinks on the pricier side. Despite that, it met my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning. As for accessibility, there are no stairs, making it wheelchair friendly.

I felt compelled to write a review after our disappointing experience at this so-called 'Indian' restaurant. The only dishes that were somewhat acceptable were the samosas and chicken tikka masala. We were looking forward to enjoying Indian cuisine during our road trip, but the food was a major letdown. The veggie pakoras were particularly unappetizing—doughy, gooey, and oddly shaped, which I've never encountered before. The Chicken 65 appeared to have been boiled in red food coloring with a squeeze of lemon on top. The biryani was tasteless, simply overwhelmed by the flavor of cardamom powder. Even the garlic naan fell short, featuring just a sprinkle of garlic powder on top. On a positive note, the ghee rice and chicken tikka masala were enjoyable. The restaurant is named Tadka, but there was no sign of authentic tadka in any of the dishes.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for enjoying a delicious Indian meal at a reasonable price.

Love this local place! Staff and owners are great ! Food excellent! So great to have so many gluten free options. Love the Paneer pakora, Lamb Curry, Nawbi, butter lamb also have tried other items on recommendation and really enjoyed!!!
