Domino's Pizza - Peachtree City

The quality from this restaurant has been declining for a few years, and the significant discrepancy in their tracking times can be quite frustrating. If you decide to place an order, it's best to call the number and press "2" to speak directly with a store employee (not a call center representative) to get a more accurate estimate on the timing.

I placed an order online for delivery and received a confirmation email stating that my order was being prepared. However, just ten minutes before closing, I got an email notifying me that my order had been canceled. To put it simply, if you’re thinking of ordering pizza late at night, skip the delivery option. I ended up reordering over the phone and drove there to pick it up instead.

Like many recent reviews have mentioned, the estimated order time on the app is far off from reality. I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. The app indicated a wait time of 38 minutes, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes before my order was finally ready. There was only one person making pizzas, and sometimes a delivery driver would come in to help. Unfortunately, this one employee spent more time answering phone calls and explaining delays than actually preparing food. In total, what started as a 38-minute estimate turned into an hour and a half wait. My kids were famished, and to make matters worse, I never received my cinnamon sticks or extra marinara sauce. Instead, I got sweet icing for my parmesan twists, which wasn't very useful. I usually love Domino's, and I was excited to order from them instead of my family's preferred choices, Jet's or Partner's. However, after reading other reviews, I think I'll stick with local pizza places. Domino's really needs to improve their time estimates and consider raising their pizza prices to attract more staff.

Took 25 minutes to get the person answering phone at this location to understand my order. They could barely understand english. Then was told they did not deliver in my area which was within walking distance of the store. Worse customer service. Will neverorder from this store again.

I love coming to this location. I been coming here for a while but i think there is a new guy working here that is just so awesome. I didn?t catch his name but he is super friendly, greets you every time you come in, always provides great customerservice, and makes a great pizza! I appreciate him!
