The room carpet has 2 big stains. After walking barefoot, my feet were dirty. Called to request slippers, but they didn't offer them. There was a sticky residue in the desk, and also a lot of dust. I requested another room, but they didn't have availability. This is a hotel known as a conference hotel; however, the desk didn't have a pen or paper, nor a water bottle to drink. You need to go downstairs and request a bottle per new system being implemented. I wanted to order room service, and there was no menu or QR for it, nor a direct line to call room service. You need to call the front desk, and they transfer you. After ordering, it took almost one hour to get a salad. I tried calling several times the front desk to be transferred to room service because it was taking too long, and nobody answered. This is my first day. I wish I could change hotels, but the event is here.
The Hotel is beautiful inside but, they need to do better on the outside and keep up with the ground. Two beautiful swimming pools in the picture but, in person, they are dirty and could not enjoy, the pool inside was not working either. The balcony and the chairs were filthy. They are very stingy with toilet paper and tissues 1 roll of toilet paper and half a box of tissue for 4 people.Nearby activities: There are plenty of activities nearby.Safety: We used to live in Peachtree City and we still enjoy coming to relax.
I was there to visit family in town, and the establishment is very well kept. The room is super clean...top notch, I would definitely stay!!Rooms: 5/5
This hotel is so dated and smells. Our room was fine. It was clean and smelled okay. However, the stench was everywhere outside of our room. The mobile keys and the back doors would not work (even with the key cards). There was a condom unrolled and on the ground in front of the front entrance for over 15 hours. There were staff members taking a break outside, so they had to see it. We had purchased the breakfast package. My husband and son went to eat breakfast the two mornings that we were there. On the first, my husband verified with the front desk that we were not to be charged additional for the breakfast. Yet, we were. I had to make three phone calls to straighten the charges out. I expect better, Hilton.
The main attraction of my visit was the pool, but unfortunately, it was disgustingly dirty. Despite my eagerness to take a dip, none of the other guests wanted to brave the murky waters. To make matters worse, the indoor pool was closed. I had been looking forward to some much-needed relaxation/getaway as a mom of two little girls, but my getaway time felt like a complete waste. The disappointment is palpable.
