Not what it used to be. Has gotten WAAAY overpriced for what you get. Makes me sad. I always LOVED this place.Parking: A small strip of food places.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible
We live in Birmingham. And my wife made an online order and somehow it made the order to the Schlotzsky’s in Peachtree Georgia. so we called and spoke with the manager and he said we would have to call corporate. We called corporate and they said the store is individually owned. We would have to speak with the manager. So we called the manager back then he gives us the runaround that we have to call back on Saturday when the owner is there. we will never go back to Schlotzsky’s at this location or any other
I had ordered the pick 2 with Beef Bacon Smokecheesy on jalapeno cheese bread and loaded potato soup. The order came out with what appeared to be a turkey/chicken Smokecheesy on jalapeno cheese bread (the soup was correct). I told the employee that took and delivered my order that it was incorrect. She argued with me that I ordered the Smokecheesy; I acknowledged but corrected that it was with beef. Shortly after she came back with the correct sandwich, but on the regular bread and not jalapeno bread. I did not bring this up or mention it because after dropping off the sandwich she quickly grabbed the incorrect, untouched sandwich and threw it away in the lobby trashcan. It felt like her trying to prove a point of her irritation. About halfway through eating my sandwich I found myself chewing on the paper that the roast beef comes on; this is an honest mistake and would be a non-issue had everything else not been so poorly handled by the woman at the register. The food was wonderful and my girlfriend's order came out perfectly, but the poor customer service will prevent me from returning to this location.
I 'm not sure who the real manager is at this establishment, but I called in last Friday regarding two turkey sandwiches that I ordered and paid to have cheese added. After returning home, my son and I realized there was no cheese on both sandwiches. I called the restaurant and spoke to the rude man who was running the register. He was on the heavier side and may have been mexican. This man was not friendly at all. Even when I called prior to ask what time they closed, he was just rude. Upon arriving, my son and I said hello, no response, but he greated each Caucasian customer that walked in. When we said thank after he took our order, no response. When it was my turn to order, I asked him a few questions regarding the two sandwiches I was considering buying, and he acted like he was annoyed with my questions. I mean, this man acted like he did not want to be at that job. Just horrible customer service. Long story short after we realized that there was no cheese, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The same man informed me that he was the manager. I explained what happened, and he immediately said, There is cheese on the sandwich, and you can complain, but it doesn 't matter, and he hung up on me. Absolutely speechless. I called back, and he picked up and hung up again. I had to call back several times before he finally picked up. You just can 't treat people this way. It was absolutely wrong. I paid for my food and paid extra for cheese on both. If a customer calls in, treat them with the respect they deserve. We don 't have to patronize your establishment. As a result of what happened, my family and I will never step foot in this place. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MAN 'S WORK PERFORMANCE BECAUSE HE SHOULD NOT BE IN A MANAGERIAL CAPACITY. HIS ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE AND IT 'S GOING TO COST YOU CUSTOMERS.
