Feedback gevenI usually try to avoid giving businesses bad reviews because it can negatively impact them but this location just takes the cake on bad customer service. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas at this location. I have ordered pizzas before at other locations and they have been fantastic. First of all I was charged $1.20 extra for cheese and the amount of cheese I got wasn?t proportional to the extra charge. At other locations I have never been charged for extra cheese. Anyway that?s fine I don?t mind paying extra. But when they sent me a survey to know my opinion I voiced my concern about it and the next day I got a response from this location saying subway is not known as a pizza place and all charges were appropriate. So in other words they are telling me to go somewhere else for pizza. If that?s the case then why does Subway put the pizza on their menu? Additionally this person didn?t know how long to cook the pizza. He kept removing and putting it back in the oven. He didn?t even know how to cut it properly. He didn?t have the appropriate uniform either. This is the first time I have had such a terrible experience at a Subway. I?ll go to another Subway location but not this one for sure.
Simply terrible, was closed already at 9:20pm on a Wednesday. Employee just ignored me at the door
I was not greeted when I went in. I asked him is that proper customer service. He said I was helping another customer I said well, when I became next in line he still didn?t greet me. I walked out. I don?t have to give any business my money without greeting me. You do know there?s a million and one subways in norcross. So I will take my business somewhere else. So next time the little Moroccan guy might wanna be nice and greet everyone that walks in the restaurant. I am just fed up with people and their need to think people have to give them their business. No sir. I went to another location off Holcomb bridge was given a great customer service experience and I was greeted! I drive 3 extra miles to get to this location before going to his store now.
I wanted 2 different sandwiches that included ham. They said they were out of ham. So I settled for something I didn't really want. I didn't have time to go anywhere else. They were kind of rude about it didn't do anything to try make it right. I asked for my extra cheese to be taken off since I didn't even get the sandwiches I wanted. I had just gotten coupons in the mail (that were expiring 3 days later) they weren't even accepting coupons. How convenient. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location.
Store is dirty and doesn't accept coupons. 1 star and hopefully they change their ways or close.
